HVD / Holographic Versatile Disc

Came across this little beauty. I can't imagine something looking better than 1080p, but somewhere I read that traditional movies have scan lines in the range of 4000-5000 which means there is actually still room for improvement?
I bet George Lucas would have a field day converting his trilogies into HVD.
