Yea, [H] broke the story, quoted soruces, got slapped with a C&D, the Egg was all upset but frankly I think the Egg did exactly what they should have done and went into overdrive fixing the issue. Replacements were shipped out without question and they are now contacting people that may have been effected even before they open the box. They tracked who they got the fakes from and said they stopped doing business with said supplier. They got duped and they fixed the issue over a weekend. Guess it was a slow tech news day on friday and the [H]orde got a hold of it and made it an huge issue.
Kinda like everyone hopping on the Toyoda kills people bandwagon lately. They did some wrong things but with shit like This and This happening they're just kicking them while they're down. If it was an American car company I don't think there would be as much outrage.
