I didn't get a chance to go this year, but I attended last year, and it was a lot of fun! For about $35, you get to beat the crap out of a mazda on an Autox. Last year we drove the Mazda 6 V6. Unfortunately, all the cars were slopomatics, but it was fun nontheless.
Not only do you get to drive twice around the track, but you also get to practice as many times as you want with the other cars. You also get to test drive any Mazda you wish around a smaller track. All in all I think it was a fun event :)
It's a neat and cheap little way to see which of your friends actually are the better drivers. My friend and his brother had gone to Skip Barber. His brother beat me by about half a second, and I beat my friend by about half second, and I never even went to race school! I guess experience DOES pay off :D
