It's a liquid which applies like paint . It has a thermal conductivity better than the good old foam tubing. It operates from -40C to 121C, which is usually well-within most people's ranges. It has decent flexability, and can actually be applied to tubing that flexes mildly, and it can be painted. Meaning you guys with UV paint can finally get creatiive with your refrigeration systems :P
