It's an integrated evaporator/water radiator called a Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger with a special fin designed made to optimize the heat dissipation of the water. The damn things start around $300 new and even ebay only has them starting around $200.
Oh well.....It would have been nice.
I'm sure you guys that roll in the dough will be able to make good use of one :)
