Paypal Question.

hello all, i'm getting ripped off by Paypal again, they are charging paypal fees(which is okay and usual), But on top of that they are also not using the latest USD ~ CDN currency rate, i'm losing a big amount of money here..The Question is: If You select to Refund the money(all of it) to sender, does Paypal still charge you their [S]tupid fees + any other fees involved?

PS: I have checked paypal site, and they don't clearly state their policy regarding this. I have also called them, but their lines are too busy :2guns: :mad:

it refunds all fees yes.
