I placed an order for a couple T-shirts with these guys. But after I ordered I notice that one of the shirts had been out of stock. D'oh!
So I wrote an email and asked if they could change it to a different size for me. Several hours later, they email me back saying they can't change the order, I will have to cancel and reorder!
Well, I'm sorry to take a precious 5 seconds out of their day. As an ecommerce merchant of many many stores, I'm just appaled. I'll just go order the damn things elsewhere, I have to enter all the information in again anyway!
I'm not thinking geek. I'm thinking retarded. If a grocery clerk rings something up wrong, she doesnt restart the whole damn order, she just changes the mistake.
