funny you should ask, i've been missing in action for a while do to some real life burdens and to top it off i had a catastrophic hard drive crash three weeks ago :( i was gonna send out a cd i made as a tribute to my fab record label to any one who asked but the master wave file of that recording was on that hard drive. any way, a good friend of mine is extracting the data for me. last i heard from him he said he said he would have the wave file for me by today but i haven called him yet.

i'll post a follow up here by tomorrow morning.

I just called my mate. He was able to save some stuff. I'll have to do some polishing to the audio as the cd ready wave file was not retrievable but the original wave file seems intact (he played some of it over the phone). I'll run some test for data integrity once I get the cdrs from my friend tomorrow. I'll keep yall posted.

its called "a tribute to platipus" because platipus is a british trance label that i admire and respect very much and all the tracks on that mix are from that label, they catered to djs world wide with their top notch releases since 1993 and i've been a fan of them since early 1994.

i've looked into the label thing and its bloody freaking expensive to print vinyl/records :eek: and equally expensive to buy good gear (synths, software, recording equipment) and to have your work professionally mastered, i am currently looking for studio/composers/label partners and stuff cuz there is no way in hell i am gonna do this alone. time will tell.
