Ok befor I installed the DD Maze 3, 1250 pump, BIX, my cpu tempair cooled was 46 to 48 idle and 52 with games now my temps watercooled are 39 idle and 42 with games.

Is this good for a water coled system temp wise, is this where I should be. There is no air in the line or rad.

I have an XP 1800 @ 1635 1.80v on an ASUS A7V266E this is with side cover off in my PC-60 case.

If this is good, (cool) but of it can be better !!!!!!!!!!

I thank the A7V266E shows temps High.

Thanks again ALL!!!!!!!!!!! :alienbird

The Asus probe is highly innaccurate. You should look in to buying an external probe of some kind so you can accurately measure the temperatures.

What sort of fans do you have on the radiator? Is it hot in your house? Is the waterblock sitting flat? Did you use a thin layer of arctic silver?

Could be alot of things, but yes your temps do seem high.

70 DEG F in house and yes AS3 on mount is level and tight.

Why does this seem high,

What are some of you guys temps with water.

Hmmm...I'm not sure those temps look all that hot at to me. You shaved 11c off idle and 10c off loaded temps...that's not bad for a straight water system.

As for the temps reported on that Asus, I agree with P0 that they are very inaccurate. And yes...the Asus board reports higher temps than others. My own A7V266E also ran about 8-10 degrees warmer than my other mobos too (Abit, Gigabyte).

Just FYI:

TBreds (run hot)-
xp 2200 @ 2.016 1.8v
Load 45 Idle 39
Ambient 27c
System 28c
On a KX7-333R

Pally-
xp 2000 @ 1.885 1.96v
Load 43 Idle 38
Amb 26c
System 27c
KX7-333R

I assume if you stick the juice to that XP 1800, and lay 1,85v on her, she'll heat up a good few degrees higher too. But, if your keeping under the high 40's on that Asus, your set up is doing good.

Of coarse, you should really get a good probe as P0 suggested:)

My bad for reading too quickly. I thought your current temps were 48 idle/52c load, not 39/42. Those temperatures are actually normal then for watercooling. Of course, there is ALWAYS room for improvement in any system :)

I'm getting about 45C full load in a hot room (24.5C) w/the 1800 OC'd to about 1600 and no voltage increase. So your temps are fine 1meangti. :)
