It's 3AM EST and I just got back from the shop AZP Installs (www.azpinstalls.com). Along with my helping out there I get to work on my car also. :D
I just put on some new (to me) WRX 16x6.5 rims and some RE-92s (FAR, far better then the bald slicks I was running before) We're expecting 6"+ of snow by Mon and I really needed a bit more grip. My friend is still wondering how I could stay on the road last weekend when we drove 1.5 hrs to the alignment shop in a snowstorm. I also threw on a set of billet Al endlinks that I got for a steal from a wrecked WRX wagon we're striping at the shop.
So far the list of things done to my car that's not normal matainance:
Clear corner markers (moded the stock ones and removed the amber)
Sylvanya silverstar headlights and some ricer blue bulbs in the corners
Cheap ricer pedals and shift knob (can't see spending 50-200+ on a f'n shift knob the $20 one works fine :) )
Oil pressure and oil temp gauges
changed the green dash illumination to red
Made a custom dash panel from the remains of a case window I did
55w driving lights and a rear fog light (that damn single bright brake light)
Disabled the ign start and wired in a pushbutton start (you still need the key so don't try and steal it please) and a kill-switch
Custom cold air intake w/K&N filter (homemade and I'd say better than most on the market)
99 2.5 RS axleback exuast
99 2.5 RS 2 pot front brakes (soon WRX size ;) )
99 2.5 RS rear struts and springs
KYB AGX struts and RS springs
Billet endlinks and WRX rims
So far all that and I don't think I've cracked 2k on mod parts. :D
Yes I do remember my computer. I just recently got my TEC back on-line from a bad BIOS flash and a extremely lazy me (didn't even fix it for the LN LAN Ver.3 :( ) I'm also expecting some new hardware so I can dabble in these Intel chips I'm hearing so much about ;)
