It looks like an "okay" deal...but may be a few dollars more than you should be paying.

Azzo is also offering a good combo:
XP2100, HSF, Abit KX7-333 for $357

I've found that Newegg has some of the best prices around; always good to check w/them first.

That's not bad, but I got:

Kx7-333R mobo
AMD XP 1800
256MB Corsair XMS PC 3000

for the same price of 300$. For a few less MHz, that's a lot more value. Just depends on what you're after. :)
