Swiftech MCX4000 or AX478?

I'm looking for the best air-cooling solution for my 1.6A,i thought about the MCX4000 and the AX478. which would perform better?

i'm afraid i don't know either of them myself and i just searched the web but all the heatsink reviews were for amd for some reason

by reputation i would go for the swiftech but thats all i can base my decision on
