Just a request in terms of LN.com services. When I give out FTP, Email, or other services which require log-ins, links or passwords, please keep a copy safe somewhere. I do all of this maitenence manually, and I know it should be a big deal, except when it happens over and over and over again. Logging in to someones account or changing passwords or resending information, its 5 minutes here, 10 minutes there, and it just keeps adding up for me. I honestly don't have the time to keep chasing down the little things like this.
If you legitimately loose a password, I will be happy to help out. But if there is any other way for you to find the information, please try that first. It may be easiest to just send me an email to let me deal with it, but it's more work than I think people realize. Please try and save the information I give you somewhere.
This is also a good reminder for everyone (especially mods/admins) to change their passwords. Thanks!
