Ive purchased with them before. They practise a bit of bait and switch on PriceWatch.com. They've also ahd shadey ratings around. When I ordered a 250GB WD HD from them, and it came a 200GB, they did return it and refund the money. So it was probably an honest mistake. But they are probably okay to deal with. They dont speak much good english tho.
