How do you unlock the manufactures limits on FSB speeds? I know you can use a speed strip but is there a way to do it in the BIOS? Every time i do it, the processor wont run

The bartons do not have a limit on their FSB. You can get it as high as you want as long as it is able to handle it.
The speed strip if i'm not mistaken is for unlocking multipliers, not FSB. Try resetting the bios (take out the mobo battery for a few minutes with the main power off)
Then retry upping the FSB through the BIOS. Do not do it in large leaps, go slowly like a few mhz each time. If it still can't then there could be two things wrong, your MOBO or your CPU.
Not all CPU is suitable for overclocking so don't expect it to go far or any at all. slowly increase the FSB from 200 to 205 to 208 and so on...
