Good Heatsink

What is a GOOD heatsink for the AMD XP3000+, I am interested in doing some overclocking also, Acording to Motherboard monitor, my CPU stays right around 40C at stockspeeds with stock heatsink.

Hey Snowman, Thanks, but im still at a loss. Which one would be the best performance for price, i like the looks of the swifttech one for 50 dollars, the first sink i believe. But still yet, i have no idea which ones are good.
