I added another add to the sidebar for AquaJoe.

Now.

I want to make sure any advertising we do isnt obtrusive, and I know the Xtek and the Joe banners are large animated gifs. Does anyone find these slowing down their surfing on this site? And should we consider a size limit on banners?

I think the small size they are now looks good. I hate huge 800 pixel wide banners that some sites have.

Don't seem to hinder my high speed connections, might on the ol phone line thou.

Well, I seem to have no probs but I surf with cookies so, it wouldn't affect much.
I think the size is just nice too.

My high speed does not seem to be affected by it at all either. It’s a good question to ask since all of us here (Aquajoe) have high-speed it was not even seen as an issue. I will bring it up for our next banner though.

It seems to be okay. Hey Joe, you guys might wanna look in to flash, you can fit a lot more in a smaller package :)
