New Fixes and Features

I spent some time working on the admin portion of DCS, which should make the moderation of the program a bit easier.

Skin Enable/Disable now works properly. We can now disable skins without deleting them, in case someone doesn't follow our rules.

Skin Delete now works. Be CAREFUL with this one. It will permanently delete any skin.

There are some visual improvements to the admin menu. It also has log-in boxes in case you forget. You need to have a FAH Username entered in order to use Skins Ata Glance.

A bunch of small other little fixes, too numerous to mention :)

Looks better allready, but I wish you waited a bit. Every time I went back it changed. ;)

Wonderful job on puting all this together and keeping it updated. I know it is not easy but you do a bang up job. :thumbsup:
