Help with Seti Stats

I was able to get my Fah stats working but my seti stats do not show my placement on my team and the ladder says 0. What is ladder? Curious why it shows me 0 of 50 for user rank. Also the SETI label is too long and the 2.2 goes off the frame.
Any ideas?

Thanks for using our stats signatures :) I think player0 was having some problems with the seti stats, i'll find out for sure.

The ladder is how many places you have moved up ranking wise. For example -2 means you have moved up 2places in your teams ranking.

It seems it is trying to find me on the LN team instead of Intel. Because it says 0 of 50 and Intel has over 400 users.
