Hummm....good question.
I dont know. Theres probably gonna be a comparison soon, you might want to wait a bit. Physcially, all the cards are basically the same. I'd get the one that looks the best with your system and has the largest heatsinks.

oooo..new video card..me ordered a new Sapphire 9800np(will flash the bios to PRO :cool3: )
Go for MSI because of their awesome bundle and nice cooling solution. They have a fan on the backside of the card!
and BTW.. wait for one month, cus the Nvidia 5950 is coming out and the 5900 prices will slash down :D

If you wanna get a better bang for your buck, stay with ATI. Most of the 9800 Pro cards can be found $50 cheaper than their 5900 Ultra equivilant.
Besides, 5900s take a larger performance hit than 9800 Pros with AA/AF turned on.
Either way you go, it'll be a sick card :) I'd take notor's advice and wait for the next top-of-the-line card to be released and take advantage of the price cuts.

I've sold a few 5900 ultra's and the only ones i've sold are the Asus ones. They seem to work quite well. I would also recommend the ABIT OTES 5900 Ultra.

ATI GPUs clearly lead the way here, according to Valve's results. At the high end, the Radeon 9800 Pro is about 2X faster than the GeForceFX 5900 Ultra. In the price/performance category, the Radeon 9600 Pro is about 3X faster than the GeforceFX 5600 Ultra.
another funny thing:
nVidia has been circulating its Det50 driver to analysts in hopes that we would use it for our Half-Life 2 benchmarking. The driver contains application-specific optimizations that will likely improve nVidia's overall performance picture, however Valve's Gabe Newell expressed concerns that some of nVidia's optimizations may go too far. Doug Lombardi of Valve has explicitly asked that beta versions of the Det50 drivers not be used for benchmarking.
LOL ..ATI's $170(9600PRO) card beats Nvidia's $500(5900 ultra) card..LOL
