Hi all,

I really want to break the 500Mhz overclock barrier. I have tried EVERYTHING you can imagine: Different BIOS versions, ALL BIOS settings, 5V rail mod, Remove all PCI cards, nothing lets me pass 147FSB, no matter which multiplier I use.

I was wondering if a KX7-333 will allow me to set a multiplier higher than 13x, or is the CPU that limit the multi´s?? Do you think the KX7 can help me here?

All XPs can go up to 16x I beleive, but it involves modifying a bunch of extra bridges on the CPU.

If your looking for FSB, the KX7 will definately help you.

Thanx for the fast reply m8, but I´m currently using a T-bird, can I use a 14x with a T-bird?

due to the number of bridges on the Tbirds i belive your stuckwith 12.5 as the highest multipler. thats why xp's have the extra bridge, for the extra multipliers
