My wife has my old Chevy Celebrity Wagon '87. Its always been a rust bucket, but recently Ive been having door problems. They started a while ago, but I sprayed ample amounts of WD40 in them and it fixed things for a while. However, the doors seemed to have seized up worse than ever now (is WD40 not supposed to be used for lubricating doors?)

In fact, I cant get in to the driver door now. Ive spent two hours trying to get it off, resorting to kicking and crowbaring, and I cant get the door to open! The door lock seems to be jammed, the key wont turn all the way, and the inner lock stem isn't attached to something. The door lock is either rusted or broke, but either way, I cant unlatch the door. Neither handle is in great shape either.

Im out of ideas. I cant get the inner door panel off with it closed. Help?

can you unlock it from the inside?
sounds like the rods inside have rusted up at the pivits.
if you have AAA or a slim-jim you might be able to get it unlocked.
hey, if you go in from the passenger side and roll down the window you may be able to gain access from the top of the door panel. its worth a shot!

No Slim Jim, although ive gotten in with a hanger before. The latching mechanism itself seems completely seized. I think id have to destroy the inner door panel to get to anything.

Oh, and cant roll down the window anymore, I managed to bend the door up while trying to open it :)

Wow, quite a predicament, only thought i have would be to try and cut some access through the inner door panel so you can attempt to manually unlock, short of having a fire department porta-power i think you'll be prying on that door for a long time trying to get it open, unless some rust helps you out :O
