Power back up in my part of NY. Luckly my UPSs saved any of my machines from dying in the terrible brownouts the preceded the stone age. It just had to be hot too.

Of course i had left my flashlight in my car, which is an hour away at work cause i didnt have enough gas to get home. And we dont have any candles left. I made a makeshift flashlight with some triple A's and a blue LED, and right as i finished, the power came on.

Stya on...please!

Down again this afternoon. Basically, Im short a hub now that I sold LN.coms old one, and I needed to run to the post office, ship it out, then go buy a cross over cable, which is now installed and we are working again. Just waiting for the new hub to get here from Wes :)

Off again. Was cleaning up the power wiring, put the router on the UPS and made things a bit less of a fire hazard. Just maintenance. Should be up again for a while. Really need a decent UPS. Anyone who wants to sponser a UPS would find one very welcome here ;) I only have a little 500VA on LN.com, which is about enough for 5 seconds of protection.
