What a nightmare day, england out of the world cup, i scratched an new XP home cd, smashed a glass then got my 1st blue screen for months (said ACPI caused it). Rebooted and it hung, hit reset again and noticed only 512Mb RAM reported (256x3 installed) but it went into windows fine, noticed my water level down by a very small amount and thought that it was a little evaporation after the recent warm weather, then another blue screen (said ACPI caused it again). Powered her off and opened the case and there was a small trickle of water running down the motherboard and a little pool at the bottom. All connections where fine it turned out to be a leak from my 5x7 rad, cant pin point exactly where its leaking but is coming from the centre where there is no visible holes or cracks and certainly no joins or welds ?? Got a 12x9 rad on now in what can only be described as a temporary bodge up its temporary until Becooling release there new rad (Jaime tried to order some more aqua coils a couple of days ago and was told they only had a couple left as they are due to release a replacement any day soon). The machines been back up for a couple of hours now and all seems fine, i didnt make any attempt at drying the mobo out as it wasnt much water & its pretty warm atm and 768MbRAM was reported so got away damage free. The rads going back to CPUFX, i'll let you know what they say. Ahhh just remembered Jess from OCPC is over tommorow, best mail him then i can have a new rad soon :):)
