Woodward Dream Cruise 2003

Well, it's that time of year again! The largest outdoor car show in the world known as the Woodward Dream Cruise is next weekend. It's basically a huge cruise and car show that stretches for about 10 miles along woodward avenue. The show usually attracts over 1.5 million visitors and over 30,000 muscle cars and street rods. It's quite an event.

I just got back from San Antonio last night, and as I was coming home up Woodward Avenue, I already began seeing the out of town folks arriving. The hotels and motels are already packed and the lots full of car trailers and hot rods. An awesome sight indeed!

I'll be right in the thick of it again this year. Our house is located only a few blocks from Woodward avenue where all the action takes place.

I can't wait. I've been attending the dream cruise for nearly 5yrs now and its one of the best things ever, espically if your a car buff like me :) Every year more and more people come, i've never seen so many ppl on one street before :eek: I'll be their and i'll have to hunt mike down and chit chat about thing, cars, computers etc.

If your in the detroit area it's a must attend event.
