I'm not planning on paying $15 for one of these little things anytime soon, but I bet they cool nice.

also check these mosfets sinks and NB cooling..nothing special about the mosfets sinks..but the NB HSF looks promising

Yeah I like the Northpole, made in Italy... gonna try one maybe, along with a set of ram sinks...

dude..did ya find some cooling solution to your son's ATI 9700P yet? i'm thinkin about that new Zalman pipe with active cooling..

The problem is that this Italian cooler cant be installed on Abit 865/875 motherboards because of the stupid clips and no holes idea someone @ Abit had ! :mad:

Microcool has recently announced a conversion kit for the northpole to allow install on the 865/875 series boards. The clips also aren't an Abit Exclusive, I've even got an old 400 fsb P4 Gigabyte board that uses them.. For the money I think the TT Tiger is a better buy, and comes ready to mount on the Abit...

AS epoxy on the 865/875 chips are bad ideal. The core is to small and will not hold anything.

I've also seen some posts regarding dead boards, seems the core is a bit delicate to have things epoxied on with no other support..
