That would turn over the water once a second and a guy could keep the pump in the basement and plumb it to the second floor computer room (hmmmmm just like a central vac system..... a central liquid system) - yowser!!!!

Is it just me, or do the stats look a bit funny? 2000Gph and a max head of 24 feet, but it only draws 25 W?

Well, the manufacturer's website isn't very informative - they show the model quoted (DP2000) as a "future model".

For comparison the roughly equivalent Danner Pondmaster pumps start with a 24 W version pushing 250 gph or up to 7' head. Their 1800 gph pump with a max head of 22' is 145 W. There is no friggin' way anyone is producing a 25W pump with those stats.

I noticed the funny numbers and thought the same thing. 25 watts doesn't push that much water no matter the efficiency.

i agree, no way 24watts will push that tremendous amount of water, some thing is amiss
