Damn!!! I should think some kind of investigation will be taking place to find out how the hell something like that happened. I can see someone loosing their job.

You would be surprised how many times every day that happens...... they won't think twice about it...

Given the sheer number of packages delivered every day, shits bound to happen. I'm sure this guy will get another card. With all the stuff I order (for client builds mostly) I too have had a few damaged peices. It sucks, but it happens. It's a shame to happen to such a nice card though.
