Well, I'm thinking about buying this product. Does NTFS and can make set points on the fly:

...the desktop solution, not the server version ( ouch price at $995 for the server version )
thx for the replies

It seems that they are basically the same thing.
Image is a backup so why the play on words?
What I am looking for is a program that will take an image of my NTFS operating system and set programs onto a seperate drive.
As far as data is concerned, I have a seperate drive with data and I use my cdrw for everything else.
Why?
Well, I like to play around with alot of settings on this setting and if any corruption occurs ( especially on a RAID-0 configuration ) I would like to do a few clicks and reinstall my original settings.
Sorry guys for the long wind here....but I've never used any program like the aformentioned sets.
I appreciate the help.

I cannot speak for the powerquest lines. However, I use Ghost to do what you are talking about. I install a raw OS copy without any software, and I Ghost that image to a CD (if it fits) or another HD or file server. If I need to reinstall my Windows OS partition, I can format c: and ghost over my install. Easy as cake.
So yes, Ghost does this. Im sure there are other programs (like the ones you are looking at) that do it as well. Ghost will be the most popular software used for this though. I cannot comment on the others.
What I am looking for is a program that will take an image of my NTFS operating system and set programs onto a seperate drive.
My advise: Driver Image from PowerQuest or Northon Ghost from Symantec.
Both of them works great and can do the job easily, on NTFS or FAT32 file system.None of them like to works with Dynamic disks, but it's not your case. They can image a single Hd or Hds on a Raid0 setup.About Driver Image i got a problem with NTFS file system. It got a corrupted image. It happened 3 times, and since then i changed for Northon Ghost.Never got a problem anymore, but driver image have been working good for other users, then it is your choice.I would go for Ghost, but it's a kind of taste :D.
Have a good luck on your choice.
