whats that plastic shroud? looks like it goes over the 3 phase psu and has a fan at the back? is it to aid cooling?

Kind of a wind tunnel deal to cool the Toriodal coils and the mosfets from the look of it...

Looks like it should, I think it would be pretty silly if it didn't, I can see Abit selling there own case now, lol..
