Can anyone tell me if this setup will work well with a LRWW?
120mm fan (108cfm) and 120mm radiator, 200 gph pump (low watt, around 12W), 1/2" tubing.

what rad and what pump?

Scince the LRWW is an extremely restrictive block it doesnt require a very powerful pump, so 200 GPH should suit it fine, and unless you have a dually 3GHz HT-enabled P4 system, the rad should work as well.
Are there any more components on the line other than the CPU?

From what I've read you need a pretty capable pump, not so much high flow, but you need one with a high head rating...
here is a quote taken from Bill Adams, its pretty representative of everything I've seen posted regarding the LRWW.
Its high flow resistance is atypical of most commercial offerings - but so is its cooling. Pump selection criteria are a bit different IF one is attempting to achieve the best possible results: Select head capability in preference to volume, note that such pumps are not common - or inexpensive.
Of course the above is to obtain highest efficiency of cooling. but unless thats the case why buy it....

IT's going to be a 200gph tankpump from sysfx.net - not done yet

A 200gph pump will suit the WW very nicely.

I'm considering running a GPU waterblock in the same loop - would that not be a good idea with the LRWW? Would the added heat and reduced flow be a problem?
Not even sure what block to use for the GPU The Danger Den one looks nice but the angled fittings may cause some clearance problems.

Shouldn't be a problem adding a GPU block, I prefer the Swiftech MCW50, its a great block, performance is very good, and the layout for connection is pretty decent...
