Dumb Question

I have a Celeron 366 that Ruantic donated to me *thanks*, but it doesnt seem to have a heatsink. Is this normal? Does it need one? It boots up fine, but im afraid I'll fry the poor thing if I leave it like that.

Actually, a friend gave me that one, it was working, but I needed the sink for another friends P3, yeah it needs a sink, not much of one though....
