9700pro lookalike?

Whats the physical difference btw a 9700 and a 9700pro? I bought a pro and just want to make sure i recieved a pro :)

Well... I know if it is an AIW, the pro has a DVI port with a converter to use analog... the non-pro has an analog port only. I have no idea about the differeneces if it's not an AIW... I thought it was just core/memory speeds?

Ty, but i dont have the all in wonder :( The only main difference is the clock speeds yes, but I wanted some kind of physical difference, like something printed on the board. That way I would know I hadnt been scammed.

No... seriously bro, don't worry about it, I have never heard of any scams associated with ATI cards. Just check the clock speeds and make sure it doesn't lock up. If your paranoid about it... try oc'ing it and see if you can reach anywhere near other pro users are getting. There may be something physical... I just don't know of it, maybe someone else can chime in. But don't waste time wondering... have fun with it!

I figured it out! Download powerstrip and check your frequencies (which im sure was obvious to anyone whos ever overclocked a graphics card before) or download the latest rage3D driver package and when its installed it will say exactly what you have!:2guns:
