dead via pump

I was trying out a via aqua 1300 that I was saving for a planned water cooling sys redo when I notice it wouldn't start spinning right away, I kept messing with it by plugging and unplugging it repeatedly to see if the problem would go away, that only made it worst and pump just kept vibrating endlessly. I won't be recommending this pump after that episode.
