Well i ordered 1 ratpadzGs for some insane frag counts...
well the package arived with an order of caffinated mints and no mousing Surface. Also it took them 3 weeks to even ship my item. I have bought from them before and never has a problem.

I am not sure what the problem is. But it has been 2 days and i am still waiting for an return email.

I'll keep you guys posted.

This really makes me mad i have a lan party on saterday and i wanted the new mouse pad for some team fortress action.

Good choice on the ratpadz. I use a MX500 mouse with it and the combo rocks. Gets pretty dusty over here, but I've found that cleaning the surface off with rubbing alcohol keeps it running smooth and fast.
Good luck on getting yours in. Sounds like you might need to give them a call. It's way easier to blow off an email than it is to blow off a pissed off customer on the phone. If they are rated on pricegrabber, send them an email letting them know that you will give them a poor review if they don't fix the problem.

It seems i have bad luck or some damn thing.
stuff like this always happends to me.
I got a 200 gig hd from crap usa because it was on sale and it was broken. It took a week and a call to there coprate office to sort it out.

If you are having problems with them fixing your order, post a message or pm me. I think I have an extra I can have my wife send you. Won't get there in time for the lan though.

I went out and got 1 anyway.
I guess they are shippings items from 2 diffrent locations. So i have to wait 3 days before i can email them again.
I want this settled.
