I tired it before and it worked and then I shut it down went out came back and now it wont start up, fans try but nothing. Can someone explain?

Thanks,

You may need to plug a rpm sensing fan in to the FAN1 header on the motherboard.

I did plug into fan 1 and have into fan4, i have to unplug the psu and plug it back into and then plress start and it is like trying to start but stops. cpu fan starts to turn and stops, it is like it is not getting any power.

the fans spin but only for a second... make sure the fan on port one is speed sensing (3 wires) also check your power button... make sure it's plugged in and make sure none of the wires are broken... test it using the reset switch, plug the reset switch in where the power button should go on the motherboard and switch the compute on with the reset switch instead

Still sounds like the CPU fan issue to me.

As dicki said make sure the CPU fan is RPM sensing and it is plugged into FAN #4 (CPU Fan header closest to the socket).
