run fsb at 220 and so far up to 227 when testing. want to know which would be better cooler for nb, the crystal orb or the iceberq 3. don't have enough room for the iceberq 4.

:D:DWELCOME:D:D to Liquid Ninjas, greylock!
If my memory serves me, the Iceberq 3 is a kit with one active heatsink and two passive ones. That makes it a better deal to me because you can stick one on the southbridge and another anywhere else that gets hot.
However, I think the best solution would be a Zalman northbridge cooler (http://www.zalman.co.kr/usa/product/nb32j.htm) with a 40mm fan on it.
And if you haven't done so, replace the TIM on the stock heatsink with your own and see how far that will get you.

Good advice from Drake:) Go with the Copper Iceburg 3 and use one of the extra passive heatsinks for the SB.

tks for the advice. after looking over the iceberq and the crystal at our local fry's electronics, decided on the crystal for higher cooling capacity. for the sb, cut up the nb heatsink to fit and mounted it. plan on vmod'ing the board later as well as adding tec's so want to go with heavy duty cooling whenever possible.
