See the Announcement for more details.

Please post your comments/fix requests here. I'm still ironing out the software and integration. Might be a few bugs, but it should be mostly straightened out soon. Everyone, feel free to upload folders.

Note on Bulk Uploads:

Only Admins, Mods, and Sponsored Members have access to bulk uploading pictures. To do this, simply login to the LN.com FTP site, and upload your photos in to: /ln_ftp/photos/1/

Then run the bulk import process. Make sure you first select the Album you want to upload all those pictures in to. It works fairly well, but it will take some getting used to.

Everyone else has to upload one photo at a time for now.

Hi Tom,

Is it safe to say that our previously downloaded pics are lost in limbo-land?

Take care......

Note to folks: The new gallery currently does NOT work with GIF images. As Farabomb pointed out, GIFs will not upload properly.

Cause: The GIF format is not free. PHP and GD is freeware. The two don't match and therefor, GIF is not supported by PHP. Most images in the gallery should be JPEG anyway, but feel free to use PNG as well.

Solution: I will be looking in to a seperate graphics library called ImageMagik, which boasts GIF support. If I can get it running on a Win2K server with loads of beta server software I have no idea. But its worth a shot. Ill keep you guys posted. Until then, avoid the GIFs :)

I installed Imagemagik and it went easier than I had planned. Seems to work now, and GIFs can now be uploaded.
