If it won't let you boot to a floppy you are pretty much screwed you need to contact Epox and get them to send you a new BIOS chip. Did anything go wrong during the Flashing Process?

there are possible ways around the problem i've done 2 of them myself
number one, if you have access to a rom programmer (many electrical companies/univeristies have them, you can even build them yourself) take a floppy with your rom image and the rom chip to the machine and flash the bios manually like that.
number 2, if your using amibios (not sure what epox uses) copy the required rom image to the floppy and rename it boot.rom (i think thats the name...) insert the floppy and start the computer... after about 3 minutes it should beep, read the floppy and flash the bios... i give it about 20minutes normally to make sure it's happened and afterwards the computer should be fine.
another possibility is hot swapping bios chips, borrow a working bios chip from a friend, boot the computer with that, pull it out while the computer is on (top tip: when putting the new bios chip in thread string underneath it so it's easy to yank out by pulling on the string) and insert the shafted chip and reflash
hope that helps

Geez dude, all you need to do is get a new bios or reprogram your existing one! Or you could have went to www.badflash.com and got a new bios for 19.95...:) Just dont flash your next bios until you know exactly how to do it...
