Alter FSB's with in windows

right,

little out of the normal range for LN, but this is driving me nuts

i have a PC Chips m841lmr mobo, with an athlon 1400 in it, and 2 sticks of crucial ddr2100 cas 2.5 ram

i wanna up the FSB, but the only programs i have tried so far (CPUCool and CPUFsb) lock windows 2000 solidly.

so, does anyone know of any other programs that will allow me to do the same thing???

hadnt bothered trying it, even though i have acopy.

i need a pll file for an ICS 9248cf-199 for it to work, otherwise it just says it cant identify the pll :(
