Look here (http://www.coolermaster.com.hk/product_detail.asp?lang=eng&at=boutique&category_id=1&product_id=9) seeing as blowers shift the air better than normal fans the RPM and CFM might not be that bad

i saw tests for this...but i dont remember which website. the thermalrights are supposed to be a lot better though.

Also read a couple reviews on this thing, can't remember where either but it wasn't to promising....
