I seen that in maximum pc a while back. Its a nice n fast hdd.. but ur screwed if someone pulls the aps. :eek:

I'd use it in conjunction with a fast RAID,. Load the OS onto it at bootup,. (maintain a copy on the first RIAD partition) and then use it for the OS and rendering files etc.... Nice and quick.

You could in fact write a little batch file that loadds all the apps you want to use onto the drive at bootup,.. if you were clever,...

Still can't see why its so darn pricey. These things cost that much 8 years ago,.. and now PC133 is so darn cheap,.. I mean 4 gigs of PC-133 is only about $600.00
