Hi there guys!

I`ve been visiting NM rarely these days cause I`m on holidays in USA, and it looks like everybody is moving to these new forums....
Those old ninjas are looking a bit sleepy.....

So are you posting still on the old forums or you just focused to this new one?

Thanx

PeTe

I can only speak for myself, and as I am still a mod there I do frequent NM maybe not as much as I used to but I am still there. But yes it is very quiet there.

Hi PeTe,

I resigned form NM and do not visit it much at all anymore.
Many of the Mods have left and are now here.
Last time I was there, I saw some misinformation given and that was enough for me.
If the info can not be correct, why give it?

This is my home now!!

I don't visit NM hardly at all anymore. That site is more like an aol chat room now... it's just not what it used to be.

i don't visit NM much anymore either... just every now and then to see if someone needs my help. The hole reason i visited that site was b/c i wanted to learn to o/c and now you can't harldy learn anything there.

I feel the same way Wes. I've put my $.02 in on a few things but for O/Cing the board seems to be dead.

hi pete! welcome to the boards :)

ninja has definatly got a little stagnant in the ol' hardware department recantly, there was a sudden massive shift from hardware to chatting that kind of killed the hardware side, i'm still a mod there and i do hope they do ok because it was my home for so long but i'm not sure how much longer i can wade through that much crap to get to a single piece of useful info...

Did I not try to warn everybody, well at least in the TP forums. With the crew brought on board it was bound to happen, the history was on the net for all to see. Well it's old hat now, alot of new and exciting things going on here.

It used to be....but that was a long long time ago.

I remember the days of crackin open those cartridges, and soldering the old Slot A's to adjust the cache divisor....seems so long ago now. *sigh*

Many of us here at LiquidNinjas were long time members of NinjaMicros and we were around just when Fluke's FreeSpeed Pro was just taking off. Man, it was hard core back then.

But, times change. So many of us have come here to LiquidNinjas create a renewed focus on the hardcore stuff again.

Hi Mike,

Well put, and very tactful also.

I remember soldering the Slot A I had from 800 to 1 Gig, and I thought the speed would never go any higher. It was as fast as the cosmos would allow.

Now I complaining I can't hit 2.2 gig...........yet

Go figure.

Take care..........
