Noticed that EBGames had some NES games available in the store, but they were way expensive. So I went on to Ebay and picked up some old roms for cheap. I had an old NES and about 10 games, but it's still at my Mom's house, so I'm having her ship those out too for an old school kick :) I have the emulators all set up so I can play all the old roms on the TV from my PC, but even then it's still not the same as having the actual console :)

Id like to pick up some of the MegaMan games. Does anyone else have any recommendations for good old NES games? :) Oh...adventures of Lolo...those are fun :)

Yeah, Secret of Mana is good. The US version is actually version 2. If you want a treat, go get some SNES emulators and find a rom called...well shoot. Here you go. I've attached the English patched version of the japanese game. This is the third game in the series, but you can think of it as Secret of Mana 2, which was never released in the US. Go get Zsnes or something, and you will be able to play this game. It's really good :)

I think I might have Seiken Densetsu 1 as well, which I beleive was for the NES, and is the first in the series. Another one that never made it over here, as with soooo many RPGs.

With that said, I beleive Secret of Mana 1 and 2 are/are being released on a Playstation CD soon. I heard about something about it. Does anyone have any info on this?

-Conquest of the Crystal Palace (hard though!)
-Ghosts & Goblins (only if you want to torture yourself)
-1941/1942
-Jackal (jeep driving/fighting game and 2player!)
-Guerilla War (isometric shooter like Commando - continues make it easy, but it's fun :D )
-Final Fantasy/Dragon Warrior/Zelda 1 (of course!)
