Qusetion?

I want to install an lcd monitor on my case.
I want it to slide out on a rail system. (the rail i can do)
Also I want to have it play what i am doing on my main monitor
and have it be able to have an other window open seprate from whats on my main monitor.

I have read about video cards with second outputs and i have one.

Any ideas on how i would go about it?

For now it's just a summer prodject idea i am toying with.

As always any help would be great.

if you have a vid card that supports dual monitors...then it should be simple plug and play...just use the software that came with your vid card.

you can make your taskbar stretch out to both screens so you can have one long continuous screen

or you can just drag whatever programs you want onto the other screen so it would display there.

I believe spldart has done this in a car.

For a lot cheaper and a bit smaller, GameBoy/Color screens can be easily interfaced, I believe. GBAs can't, though, as no one has written any software for them.

I think i tracked down an lcd for a car that i could hook up to a video out that might work. I just need a rca to vga coverter and it will work.

Thank god for knowing a guy that works at an vacuform plant.
That way i can mount it with out using velco.

When it's in my sever case i'll put pic's up for the ninjas.
