Hi guys,

Would anyone know of a progy that complete removes the dleted files from your hard drive, I know that when I dlete filed using XP remove from trach bin, they are still on my hard drive. Can someone recomend a good progy?

loads of stuff there... most of those programs perform multiple overwrites of that section of disk with random data to make sure its gone

Google for spybot search and destroy. its a spyware remover, but also includes a multi-pass 'file shredder' which is very very good.
