80w tec run off a 450w power supply

hey, will this setup work? 80w TE Distributing pelt w/ 450w PS; dont need a separate PS right?

I know the 80w TEC Swiftech sells for GPUs can run off of your primary PSU, so I don't know why this one wouldn't. Probably the same one, anywho.
