I know that a few of us live in the north east.
So, I thought we could post a couple of pics of the storm.

Here's a picture of my El Camino in the center, my mom's mini van to the left, our Subaru to the right, and that little bump between the two, that's my Beetle.

Hi all,

Seattle is 50 degrees F and sunny............

See, we don't rain all the time.

In fact, I'll bet we look pretty good right about now. :D

Take care...........

We got a lil snow over here in NW Ohio, maybe an inch or so. Nothing spectacular.

I am so truly jelous,

Here in Brisbane, I've been sweating solidly for 10 days now and the only liquid cooling going on is me pouring chilled water down my throat. I think my next pc plan should be canned in favour of aircon.

Looks nice tho.

Weather here is perfect now... Mostly cloudy-ish and humid with highs in the low 60s.

I just spent the most miserable 2 hours in my life. I was shoveling and shoveling, to get 2 cars out of an apartment complex parking lot, and as I was going, I see the complex maintenence man walk by, with his running snowblower. So, in good fashion, I give a friendly whistle over to him, asking him if he wouldn't mind blowing out a walkway up to the area around our cars (I think most people call this a "sidewalk") He rebuts "If I help you I have to help everyone that lives here" (isn't that what a guy that lives here rent free is supposed to do) I came back inside and started drinking, as you can well understand. I picked up a copy of my lease to see about the whole "snow removal" thing, and of course it has in fine print "in a timely fashion" which gives them liberty to blow, or blow me off whenever they want too. Still no pictures, but they aren't pretty anyway. The beer tastes good tho.

Well, It finally stopped snowing here (Mass.USA). I got 18 inches on top of the 15 inches already on the ground! They say we are going to get another 3-4 inches today............. Then by the end of the week it'll be in the 40*F's  All that snow will start to melt and then it'll start flooding....... Welcome to New England.........
Digital camera is in the repair shop, so no pictures......

PS: Hey snowman, you still buried up there?

I think we got 22" here. Which means I spent 1.5-2.0 hours this morning shoveling my driveway. I got almost done the first time, and the plow came through to widen the road again, and dumped another 3 foot tall pile of slush at the front of my driveway. Oi.
