intersting side effect

well, its been two or three weeks since i almost fried my sys, as i mentioned my water block got so hot it burned my fingers.

i thought every thing was fine but i just discovered that the tubig arround the water block's hosebars expanded and they were begening to leak, some water got on my geforce3 but it didn't get drenched, i maneged to put some hose clamps on the bars. thankfuly i cought the leak before some real damage hapaned.

yeah, we can do without more horror stories here. just one thing to cosider if your block ever gets that hot.

Some of us have horror stories...like myself, but don't want to share cause their more stupidity than horror. ;)

you're right bigg, those hose claps should have been there from the begening. when i put the hoses on the hosebars they were pretty tight and there was no real need for them cause my pump doesn't have enough preasure to push'em off. but as the old saying goes "better safe then sorry"

good cause i used clams on mine.. the metal ones and tigten them with a ratchet
