Anandtech (http://www.anandtech.com[/url) has two reviews of the boards on their frontpage. I'm looking for their availability, and I'm pretty sure those articles are not previews, but no such luck.
[EDIT]: The Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394 shows up at newegg (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?description=13-128-170).

Hey soccrstar,I just wired up my speakers to the rear jacks.installed the realtek latest audio drivers but i cant get any sound out of em.
Went to support on website but no support listed for this board yet.Im praying i dont have to go out and by Soundblaster audigy 2 card.
Wondering if u got any idea why i cant get any sound out of my 5.1 surround?

:beerm8s: Welcome PeeNuTz:beerm8s:
Try Switching the jacks around. I had an issue with my Max2 where the manual was wrong. Look in the realtech settings and set it for 5.1 and it will give the colors of the propper connections.

Also, see if you can find the settings for the audio. I think I have realtek, and ever install of drivers defaults everything back to 2 channel audio.

Guys...I tried switching to all 3 jacks and in settings switched to 5.1 with no luck.Tried uninstalling driver, installed older version of realtek from giga website reset settings..nothing.Now im back to latest driver from cd still no sound....ARGHHH!
Think im gonna call up Cambridge Sounworks or Gigabyte support see whats up.
Any thing else i might be missing?
I just remembered..im gonna try my sons Creative 2.1 speakers see how that goes.

Finally got back to working on it again.Got it going by using the Audio combo kit which provides Optical out.And since i already had a Optical cable lying around from my SB card, hooked it all up.This type is a better connection anway.
Sounds great.I can actually notice the difference from my SB X-gamer card i had on the other setup.
